The staff was so kind to let us check in at 10am when we arrived early. They also upgraded our room to the 30th floor. It was a real blessing.

The gentlemen in the downstairs foyer provided an extra level of comfort and security, humor and knowledge, and grounded these two visitors from a quiet mountain town in the hustle and bustle of the greatest city in the world. One in particular impressed me when I had difficulty with my luggage and vertigo early in the morning on 4/28/25 by racing up the escalator and assisting me with breathing exercises (and my bags). I wish I could remember his name but his quick thinking and action saved me from a tumble! I hope he comes forward for a well-deserved pat on the back from management. He is an asset to your organization, also providing us with transportation advice for our next visit as well as can’t-miss touristy stuff. All of this, before 5:30 AM!
