Great location and value! Staff was friendly and efficient. The only down side was the low water pressure in the shower, but it was definitely doable. I would absolutely stay there again.

The hotel was in a great location in FiDi. Subway & parking garage just steps away. 911 memorial was a 5 minute walk. The hotel room was small but that is typical of NYC. The room had a small balcony, which was nice. There was no phone in the room to call the front desk if you needed anything. Which I found odd. Also there was little to no hot water in the shower. Which you need after walk around the city all day. I would stay here again at the rate/price I paid. But I wouldn't pay much more.

While the location of the hotel is excellent and the room was quite spacious, our overall experience was disappointing. The room was not very clean — the carpet had visible stains, the bed didn’t seem freshly made, and the door lock was broken. Additionally, we were charged a $30 amenities fee, but we couldn’t identify any actual amenities provided. The hotel also attempted to charge us $80 for early check-in, which suddenly dropped to $30 after we declined — very questionable. For the price, we expected a significantly higher standard. There’s a much nicer hotel right next door; I’d recommend staying there if you can.

Tribeca Fidi Hotel

First off as soon as i got to my room i noticed that there was no carpeting just the plain concrete floor , also the chain was missing off my door so i had no secondary lock and i had no do not disturb sign so i had to go to the front desk to request one. Secondly there is no cable service only Netflix so if you plan on checking the local news for weather or any information you're out of luck. Also if your a sports fan and wanted to watch any of the NBA playoff games it wasn't happening. Thirdly the water in the shower doesn't get all the way hot just luke warm so if you wanted a nice hot shower your not getting that either. Also i forgot to mention that for some reason even though they say no pets allowed i heard a dog barking in the next room. The check in was ok i had no issues with the front desk but in my opinion this place looks like an old factory building that they converted into a so called hotel.
