The hotel itself is nice. Smelled clean. Comfortable bed. BUT, we had booked last minute due to a flight cancellation. Upon arrival we were checked in, dropped our luggage and headed out to dinner. When we returned, the front desk agent notified us that Expedia had not yet paid them, to which I responded with proof they had taken the funds and the booking was live, I suggested she contact them to verify. An hour later she was cAlling my room, and at 10:30 pm she and two separate gentleman were banging at my door demanding payment. Completely unsettling and unprofessional. Mary made our stay extremely uncomfortable, I gave her the additional payment paying double for the room, just to be left alone. The next morning Mary stood her ground saying Expedia had not paid her- as soon as I reached out to Expedia, I got a return call from Mary stating she was sorry for the inconveniences that she had received the process payment from Expedia and would be refunding the additional fee. Good LORD! I will not return.
