The property is well maintained with spacious rooms , the biggest I ve seen in Manhattan. Staff at this hotel is great very friendly and well trained . The area around the hotel is safe with many dining options near by. This is my 2nd time at the hotel and will always return when in NYC

Very good hotel away from Tourist attractions but close enough to bars and restaurants. Walkable within a mile of Times Square, Rockefeller Center, and Central Park. Quiet and clean hotel with great staff and service.

Excellent, friendly staff. Room was comfortable, bed was great and the location is convenient for walking to restaurants, stores and even theatre if you are able. However this is a very noisy area. With so many hospitals nearby there are tons of sirens blaring. It was great that the windows could be opened but they had to stay closed at night because of the noise. Also, the card keys stopped working many times and had to be rekeyed every few days. That said, the staff was very helpful and wound up giving me a regular key.

Our regular hotel when visiting NYC. The rooms are much bigger than other hotels we've experienced in Manhattan, and the price is consistently a bit less than we expect. Comfortable and clean. Midtown East is very walkable and subway is a few blocks away. Don't miss Spice Symphony, which is right there--so delicious.
