Our room was freezing when we walked in, and we came with our cat. Had to his the reset button on the plug to get heat to come on. Wasnt told that a light switch turns on the refrigerator, thats really stupid. We had only half a roll of toilet paper for 4 nights, had to get more. The bathroom area is freezing cuz no heat goes that way and the bathroom fan cant be turned on or off separately from the light. And the heating/air conditioning unit blows really loudly. Its probably good for a 1 night stay, but definitely not multiple nights.

The place was good for the night we needed but our sheets were ripped and the chair was as well. The chair also didn’t fit under the desk so we ended up tripping over it for the extent of our stay. They did upgrade us to a king suite which was nice but the suite area was the only area with an air conditioner unit so it made the room wasn’t the same temperature as the suite. For the price it is what it is but it definitely could use some improvements.

I climbed into bed and felt something hard under the sheet. Found a water bottle cap between the sheet and the mattress pad. How does that even happen? It raises all kinds of questions about cleanliness. The room appeared clean otherwise but sheets are thin and pillows are well used. Not a place I will visit again.

We did not feel safe at this property. Locks on main doors had tape over them, so anybody could access. There were a lot of construction workers staying, and partying at one end of parking lot.
