The window in the room was broken, fhe pool house ceiling looked as if was about cave in literally ceiling material is hanging from it. The continental breakfast didnt start until 8 am and when it did the room was a 10x20 sized room and everyone was shoulder to shoulder like cattle and quests werent able to feel relaxed because they were standing and struggling to eat. The room had a stagnent smell of cigarettes as well. When i checked in the front counter person had no clue of times and what to expect here at all. Ive paid 95 dollers a night and had 1 millions tomes better of an experience than this delapidated crap hole of a hotel. Beyond over priced and will never recomend or even stay here again.

The rooms are dirty, smelled and outdated. Felt like a cheap version of a motel 6. The description on Expedia did not match what it was in real life. I would not recommend this hotel at all. We ended up leaving and going to a different hotel.

The guy was nice, but the place was NOTHING like it shows and is described. Exterior stairs, elevator has not been cleaned. Floor was nasty. The pictures make it look like it’s on the beach, it’s across the main road . The views have huge power lines right smack in the middle. The guy working there was kind and gave me a refund and felt bad.

The front desk staff were amazing! I thought I had booked a room with a view, but hadn’t, and requested one if possible and that I was willing to pay extra. The kind lady, who I didn’t get the name of, was able to get a partial view and didn’t charge extra! It was such a nice experience to have, the breakfast was also delightfully surprising with being able make your own waffles with their cast iron waffle makers! The room was also clean, and bed was SUPER comfortable! I would definitely stay again!

Very thin walls you can hear everything next door or above. Dogs are allowed and they are in the same wing as the rest, so you have to hear the constant barking. Hotel needs remodel. Surrounding areas are not the best, I did not feel safe walking to the beach as the area by the hotel is closed up and the beach access is far.

The staff was top tier. They really helped us feel comfortable and answered our questions about tides and tide pools. Our room was clean and the beds were comfy. Parking had good lighting and the breakfast was stellar!

The customer service was great, everyone who worked at the front desk and the cleaning people were amazing. Hotel is ran down, both our rooms had ants, it needs some major renovations. Could be amazing.

Property is run down and rooms reflect the outside condition. Chairs were filthy, TV was 20 inches, only 1 light in room. Pillows were flat and cheap, linens were low quality and scratchy. Overall one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in at Newport. Also, not ADA accessible in one entire building.

The bathtub had chips out of it as did the toilet seat. The door frames were beat up. There was about a 3/4 gap under the front door. You could hear every footstep from above due to the flooring. No shampoo in the dispenser.

Very nice and spacious room. Friendly staff and good breakfast.Nice view to the beach. The property is not accessible to the beach, but you can get to the beach within walking distance. The covering sheet and comforter smelled bad. Fortunately, the sheet that was on top of the comforter was clean. We cannot call to get a replacement because we discovered the smell only when we went to bed and the office was closed.

Dirty room floor, toilet seat dirty and scuffed up. Huge crack on our only window we could open, any movement and im sure the glass waa gonna fall out. The tv was literally the size of a computer monitor, 28". Zero updated charging capabilities in the room. If you didnt have your charger box. Your screwed. Room next to us had towels infront of their door when we arrived. When we checked out next day, them same towels were still there, wet n soggy. And then worst part. The mattress had horrible springs poking thru. Me and my wife had to fight over the less pokey side. Overall, i would never stay at the place again for the price they charged me for 1 night. I dont do reviews, so me doing this review is serious for me. Had to warn yall.
