The staff were great. I did not eat breakfast but I can’t skip the question. I found the pillows in my room to be very dense and rather uncomfortable. The overwhelming fake sent of the air fresheners in the lobby was offensive.

Breakfast was the average eggs, sausage and carb variety. The hotel seems to be a bit older but has had some new updates- paint and furnishings. The bathtub was obviously older but everything seemed clean. For the price, I was very pleased. There was some road noise.. we used white noise to help.

Horrible stay, I was here for a week my bed was extremely hard , the shower was an inconvenience and for about 4 days between 12-3 am there was someone on the second floor extremely loud. I was not able to sleep what so ever. I asked to be moved but was never accommodated. .

We stayed in a two queen bed suite and it was very spacious and clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, all areas such as breakfast,check in etc were clean and neat. Area had a lot of places to eat and shop in close by.

Noisy rooms from nearby interstate highway. Requested a room on other side of hotel. Told none available, even though parking lot was less than 1/2 full. Used this locations many times over the past five years.Mother was in a nearby nursing home until passing. Management has gone downhill over this time. Lady at checkout tried to tell me things had been the same since she arrived. BS.

Hotel Was Great, Manager Was Not.

I questioned the size of the bed, as it did not appear to be a king sized bed. I even brought the manager to the room, and his attitude was was terrible. He talked down to me, telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about, it was an industrial sized king, and I was the only one who had ever said anything. He even stated “I’m not going to stand here and argue with you. I can give you guys a refund!” I stand on what I said that the bed was NOT a king sized bed.. unless the standards for bed sizes change for home versus the hotel. Other than his terrible attitude, the stay was great. The hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good, and all the other staff was friendly.

Tried to cancel and actually had Hotels.com confirm on phone with me that it would be taken care of. Got email 2 days before trip saying hotel was contacted and they refused to give any refund. I made it down there for the first night but left in morning not even using2nd night. Door latch fell of when I walked in my room. Table was dirty and the bathroom tub needed work. I will not be going back especially with them not working with my situation to reschedule or get redund

Everyone I encountered was very nice. As for the hotel itself, it was kind of dirty. Sheets still had old stains. Mold in tub. Shower was hard to use. Kitchen sink wasn't working. Our first room was infested with ants. The staff was kind enough to upgrade our room free of charge. Our new room had a couple ants but we just dealt with it at that point. Seen big bugs on the walls. There was just a lot going on.
