stayed here for one night while traveling for work and was very disappointed. Room was FLITHY dirty bathroom, pill and hair on the floor, stained carpet, and even a bug on the nightstand and curtain. I switched rooms, but the new one was still not properly clean. For a brand that promises comfort and cleanliness, this was unacceptable. I will not be staying here again. I’ve stay at other locations and didn’t experience this. This is zero stars.

My room was not ready when I arrived.(3pm) The desk clerk had to leave the checkin area to find out when my room would be ready. This lasted for about 30 minutes. Other than that, everything else was ok. A omelette bar would be nice.😊

I've stayed at many Holiday in Express locations and this was by far the worst. The room was filthy. We would keep shoes by the bed because we didn't dare walk on the floor. The furniture was in rough shape, with the chair upholstery being completely worn through. Sound transfer was also terrible. We slept very poorly.
