The hotel is very old and needs tp be upgraded. I would not take my wife or kids there. Breakfast consisted of milk, kid cereal, white bread and bananas -only. No protein meat products, or condements were available. Parking lot need to be cleaned daily. I stayed there beacuse I had to be close to another hotel that was hosting the conference I was attending.

The Pictures of the lobby is accurate, but the room photos do not match the room I stayed in. I had one jankey lamp, and I am positive I heard gunshots.

OVERALL EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING. HOWEVER FROM THE TIME I CHECKED IN UNTIL 2AM THERE WAS A MAN OUTSIDE YELLING. COPS GOT CALLED & HE STILL WOULDNT HUSH THAT CRUSTY LITTLE MOUTH OF HIS. I SHOULD HAVE ASKED TO BE PLACED ON THE OTHER SIDE..

Had plenty of places to eat, close to interstate, only 30 minutes to cruise port. Room was very run down. Shower curtain was awful. Needs painted and cleaned really good. People running and talking loudly all night.

just nasty!!!

THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OFF HOTELS.COM. It was dead roaches all around, and it was just nasty. The rooms were filthy and reeked of smoke in the non-smoking rooms. The carpet was nasty along with the bathroom.

The only thing I did like was it was convenient to everything you need. Other than that, the property is dirty outside and inside. We had 2 rooms with children in them. The smoke detectors were hanging or missing in each room, the tubs were so filthy we went buy cleaners and disinfectant spray before using them. One of the rooms looked like the pullow case had already been slept on. One room had a desk with no chair and the refrigerator was not in the place for the refrigerator and was not working but was still leaking water. Addicts do live here and hangout around the hotel as well. One night when coming in from church, there were police all arpund the hotel searching for someone. The next morning as we were packing up to leave, you could see a possible homeless addict trying to surveillance cars to get into them as people are packing to leave. The workers never came around to our rooms to see if we needed anything and we had to search for them to get towels and washcloths for a 3 night stay. Everything was just filthy about the place. I would not recommend to anyone, especially if traveling with children.

A lot of activity in this property. Drugs, the place is absolutely filthy. Carts everywhere, people hanging outside at night, elevator not working, strong cigarette smells even in non smoking rooms, even saw people hunching in the corner of the parking lot outside of their car. It’s crazy. Never again

Booked through Expedia and requested a non-smoking room, but was still put in a smoking room with a strong odor and cigarette burns everywhere. Room looked surface-cleaned but was filthy—grime, stains, dirty trash bags, and an old, stained shower curtain. Sheets and towels had marks, and the bathroom was in terrible condition. Staff were unprofessional, charged more than quoted for early check-in, and to top it off, someone banged on the door yelling “PEST CONTROL!” just an hour after I arrived. Checked out immediately. Unacceptable that Expedia would recommend this place.

Bed was comfortable and table with 2 chairs is a very nice bonus.... otherwise, average in every way. Cig burn holes on bed sheets do not make good first impression, but my lower rating comes from dust and pub hairs in the bathroom floor corners, which show a lack of seriousness toward cleaning. Good for a stay with naughty girlfriend, but maybe not the whole family

Dirty disgusting hotel

The first room the toilet was broken and bug in the shower. The second room stunk of Indian food and incense. Bed spread and sheets were stained. Towels were dingy and stained. Carpeting was gross. There was a 2 inch gap at bottom of the door which leads to the outside. Anything could have crawled under the door. Place was disgusting! We were in town to bury our son. Having to deal with all these issues was awful.
