The exterior of the hotel and Lobby were very nice However i cannot say the same for either of my rooms.. I misunderstood what was meant by Courtyard View. ( I thought it was an outside courtyard) and was able to switch rooms to Across the hall. The front desk staff was very very nice.. Both on the third floor (hotel only had three floors and the very last rooms) . My initial room was Pitch Black when I entered and there were somewhat melted chipwhiches in the refrigerator . This room was also windowless. Although it did have a nice view of the inside courtyard. The second room appeared to have burn marks on the carpet, the sliding glass door handle was broken and there was no screen door. There were also a couple of patches of spackle on the walls.. The morning of checkout the faucet and the bathroom started sputtering water I am not sure when either of these rooms were last occupied

The linens were clean. The carpet throughout the hotel seems dingy due to age. The room was adjacent to the pool so it smelled of chlorine in our space but worse than that, the pool was being used loudly until 2:00am. I woke repeatedly to the sound of slamming doors until 2:00am Not a restful place.

The staff was very friendly, but it’s an average, dated hotel that needs work. The tub wouldn’t drain and maintenance had to fix it. The AC controls were broken and the temp and fan couldn’t be adjusted. There is a dehumidifier in the room that ran constantly because of the musty smell. There is no fan in the bathroom which likely contributes to the extra moisture in the room.

Great location but its clearly outdated. There is mold everywhere. The pool is indoors and you can smell the chlorine from the lobby. You can smell the mildew in the rooms and the staff is aware of it. They have air purifiers and dehumidifiers in the rooms. We could actually see the mold in our bathroom. I asked for another room and was downgraded (they said they didnt have any other options). Front desk person "checked" on room beforehand and just sprayed it with air freshener. Still smelled like mildew.

Stayed for one night. The cleanliness of the room was just unacceptable. Doesn’t take much to take a Mr clean and clean the walls/doors. Blankets were stained and dirty which was the worse part. The mini fridge in our room barely reached a cool temp. For a one night stay, it’s not bad. Would I stay there longer than that? Absolutely not. Staff were great and quick and I appreciate that.
