The property was well kept, the only thing they should check in on more was the cleaning of the elevators. I would like to give the front desk worker Tay props!! She was excellent funny extremely helpful !!

The condition of the hotel was very disappointing. Cleanliness and upkeep were clearly not a priority, and our expectations were not met. Worst of all, we were not told they were having issues with their fire alarm and we were woken up at 4 am by the fire alarm going off. We rushed downstairs along with other guests and given no direction or explanation after the fire alarm turned off. We all just assumed that it was a false alarm however no explanation was ever given by staff until the day after when it was time for us to check out.
This hotel was great for the time that we needed to stay. The front desk associates were great. Very friendly, hospitable, inviting, and helpful. The only thing that I didn't like was that our tub/shower wasn't very clean. There were strands of hair in it. The toilet could have used a better cleaning as well. There were yellow stains that were at the base of the toilet. Also, the door to the bathroom was not leveled and dirty looking. Other than these things, our room was good.

Don’t go there.
The ice machine in the room didn’t work and they had no ice machine stations on the floors.
We had a fire alarm in the middle of the night so we all had to stand outside for an hour and there was nothing wrong.
And upon check out I was charged hundreds of extra dollars for no reason since I had paid the full price on this platform.
Also, the towel rack in the bathroom just came off the wall. The drywall just gave way and let it fall.
Hotels.com description of the hotel rooms are listed inaccurately on the website, first. The hotel allowed me to move into a room on day 3 of my stay, one that matched the correct website description. The hotel is having issues with condensation in the ductwork which has created mold or the smell all throughout. The room gave me a horrible headache daily and my animals are not feeling well as a result of the smell. I moved hotels. The fire alarm continuously goes off due to the condensation affecting the wiring. It’s alarming to deal with the loud noise early in the morning with 2 frantic pets and guests. The hotel is understaffed and needs new management to help create a safe and overall healthy environment that doesn’t violate OSHA regulations. Being in the service industry for years, you create expectations and standards of care and hospitality. This hotel is lacking and it’s unfortunate!

Good property for a value hotel. The building is kind of dated. If you are looking for a lot of USB ports for your electronics, look somewhere else. The age of the building is apparent because of old outlets, light switches, etc. They work...just a little dated. Otherwise pretty clean and the staff was great!!! Overall, a good value option.
The front desk attendant was very pleasant. We got in earlier than check in as we were out of our vacation rental and she helped us get into a room quickly . We sure appreciated her accommodating us and getting us a late checkout for next day so we could go straight to airport after our stay. Great customer service!!
