Out of a lot of things at the Bar/Restaurant Staff not available no one ever answered the phone Room not very clean My husband left his pullover. I phoned Hilton to get us connected to hotel because they never answer the phone. It was found and I entered it on the site I needed to and never received it.

The staff and property was overly helpful and friendly! The check-in process was horrible! Wrong name, wrong confirmation and said my reservation wasn’t available and was canceled! The hotel mentioned it was Expedia’s error!!!

First room they checked us in the front door was on the outside of the building, it was raining hard and the water was flooding in through the front door. The room also reeked of mildew. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and moved us into a different room that unfortunately was also bad, there was a dog dish left behind from the previous guest near the curtain and what looked like (almost positively was) dog urine on the shower curtain I also woke up covered in flea bites. Not what I was expecting from a Hilton

It was pouring rain, and I was here from the airport way before check in and they tried hard to get me a room early , had a wonderful bar with yummy food with a view of the ocean and pool. Helpful , friendly staff, sat with people who come back year after year . I will be back

Upon arrival, the staff was helpful, courteous, and professional. Check-in was a breeze. The hotel has a cute retro vibe, beachfront, and a lovely waterfront bar. This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel before our cruise departing from the Port of Miami, and we would definitely return.

Expelen property and good area the hotel is nice the only thing that I recommend is put more light in the pool area is to dark. Since you have access to 10 they should be able to have more light.
