This was my second stay here. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean. Breakfast was good, the lady running it does her job extremely well. Nothing runs out when she's on shift! She's off Sundays and Mondays FYI! Great lady! There's a killer burger place less than 2 miles from here, KC's. I'm pretty sure I'll stay here again next time I come up.

Awful! Bathrooms are made for a child. Everything was low to the floor. We also could not reach the toliet paper. Will never stay at a Best Western again.

I would never stay here again. Musty smell and bathrooms are a strange set up. Sink and toilet are VERY low to the ground. Toliet paper holder is too far to reach from the toilet. The overall condition of the hotel is absolutely crazy for over 200 a night.

Extremely rude, obnoxious wake up just past 11am even though we had an approved (and paid for) late check out time of 1pm. Was startled awake by banging on our door, yelling and threatening to enter, and when told we had a late check out there was no apology. We were stuck in Foxboro for 3 hours after the Coldplay concert and got in very late. We booked late check out knowing this may be the case. Staff should be checking accounts before they come banging on doors waking up guests who paid extra to get rest before long flights. Was not appreciated, during check out there was also no greeting or apology. Not happy with this hotel at all, would like to hear from management.

Rooms could use some TLC. Cracked and flaking paint, worn fixtures, etc. Our shower didn't have hot water at first, which they fixed but shouldn't have been an issue in the first place. Staff were friendly and helped as much as they could (two young people with little experience). Probably wouldn't stay there again, but wasn't traumatized.

You can do better

Toilet was loose and moved every time someone sat. Whoever hung the shower curtain was an indoor. Water went all over the bathroom floor. We our room be partially cleaned twice and never got it. Breakfast was only ok. Beds were comfortable.
