Worked well for my trip

I was happy with this hotel for my trip. The room was clean and comfortable. There was some wear in tear in places but, as I said, it was clean. There was a fair amount of noise traveling from other rooms and the hall at night. The night I stayed there I was woken by rowdy guests several times. That is not on the hotel but I would bring earplugs next time. The staff was friendly and this was a convenient location. There are a ton of stores and other services just a few minute drive away. I could get everything I needed for my event. I will be back next time I have a work in the area.

First impressions are important. The hallway hadn’t probably seen a good vacuum in weeks. The same dirt on the floor was there from the time I checked in until the time I checked out - 4days/3 nights. This hotel’s only saving grace was the service-oriented breakfast attendant.

Stayed here to visit some friends and we would not recommend this hotel. I requested a room cleaning because they don’t do it automatically, and our room was never cleaned. We stayed for 4 days and never had our towels replaced or the trash taken out etc. Other hotel guests were loud with kids running through the halls late at night, and I witnessed a fight in the parking lot. We were glad to leave this place.

The property was ok however it needs a lot of updates. The room was dirty and walls were filthy. The ceiling was cracked and pieces were falling. All around the property was not very clean.

A basic motel but a good place to stay for a night before a flight out of Logan. About 15 minutes with no traffic. Good price, clean, coffee 24 hours a day and breakfast. Braintree mall is right down the street and there’s a bunch of places to eat. Staff was friendly. Would stay there again.

It was a very nice place. The front desk greeted me everytime I walked in/ out. The room was comfortable, the bed & pillows were amazing. However, the continental breakfast was very underwhelming. We also seen a critter crawling around which is unsanitary. Also, the pool area could use some new equipment and a deep clean. Overall I did enjoy my stay and would stay again but I do recommend upgrading the breakfast and thoroughly cleaning the property.

Classic Best Western

The hotel was the standard I have always expected from Best Western. The room was clean, the bathroom as well. The only wonky thing is trying to figure out the hot water for the bathtub.
