I did not like that i had to pay $2.60 each day for coffee,my t.v. didnt have signal the whole 4 days i was there,some of the towels are stained,also i found a roach in my room,the fridge in the room wasnt keeping the drinks cold enough,also there was not a coffee maker in the room like they did last year,the prices at the restaurant are WAYYY more expensive than last year since they have new owners im guessing.The pool was ok and did enjoy the view from my balcony.

Would def come back

Location is great! Balcony with water view +++ Room keys had to be reset a few times. Tv didn’t work. Ice machines did not work due to a recent power outage. We did not know This until our second night Overall it was still a nice two nights and I would def go back here Great pool. Able to fish from the docks in the back. In the middle of it all and able to Drive quickly to many surrounding destinations

This hotel had a decent pool but the rooms are nothing like the photos. Our bathroom door fell off the hinges and the pull out sofa was bad. The last day the power was off and we didn’t have AC all night or the next day. The pool area was not well kept with guests trash. The iguana at the pool were cool but other than that, not with the money.

This is an average hotel. Room was clean, bathroom really small. Bed was very comfortable. The restaurant opens for late brunch, lunch and dinner. Expensive in my opinion.

Overall it was a decent stay apart from the large discrepancy of the view, compared to the listing it did not look the same, staff was great and very accomadating. Was a great distance from all of the main places like south beach and brickell.

I checked in the room was clean from first glance. Then I started finding straight black hair on the sheets and towels. My hair is straight but it’s fire red. The tiny ants all over the bathroom. The tv not working and the ac never got cold no matter what it was set to.

Nice retro property... makes you go back in time while at the same time embracing the modern. lovely location on the water intercoastal. Nice pool area, clean and nice people that work there.
