Great Shower Pressure and Rotting Floor

The room is much, much smaller than it looks in the photograph, the lighting is poor, and the bathroom floor was rotting out from all of the water damage. That having been said, the shower pressure was *incredible*. I won't be staying here again, but I will definitely miss that shower.

No Heat!

There was no heat, there was a thermostat on the wall, but it was literally the plastic outer housing without the mechanics in it. It had to be fake for photos, otherwise why would someone screw a brand new plastic thermostat to the wall and not put in the actual thermostat. It was freezing cold in the room! We had to sleep in hoodies etc to be warm.

Gross, dirty, rundown, and bonus - bedbugs!

Worst hotel I have ever been in in my life - and I stayed in Soviet Russia. Yes, it's a Motel 6 but I assure you it looks NOTHING like the photo. The first room we werer given was so hot it felt like a sauna. Listing says AC, but it wouldn't turn on. The only air we could get to come out was HOT. Called desk, they had no idea. Called back and asked to move. Second room smelled like a locker room - musty, mildewy, so gross. Then my husband found the bedbugs at the top of the mattress under the sheet. In the grooves, little black spots all over the matthress seams, the classic signs. We noped right out of there and went to a different hotel, told the clerk what we discovered and that we were leaving. She just shrugged. No refund for our prepaid room, but I gues at least we aren't out thousands from curing a bedbug infestation at home. Stay far, FAR away from this place!

The staff is good but the motel and property is run down and a bit trashy, make sure your room has a fridge and microwave, it’s a very nice area, lots of good stuff walking distance

Hello , First, the air conditioner did not work and I was given a small heater. Secondly, the smell inside the room is damp. Third, the smell of water Fourthly, cleaning services only when requested, towels only when requested. The staff are some of them friendly and great. What do you need? First, eliminate the source of moisture. Secondly, wash the towels and curtains with soap and water. Third, employee training Fifth, write policies and rules for each room, including those related to noise and services, and it is preferable that there be more than one language. Some rooms need maintenance, for example, the light is not working, the air conditioner is not working, and there is a smell in the water tap. We hope that on our next visit to this hotel, the towels will be changed and most importantly, washed in a fragrant liquid that refreshes the guest and repeats the experience. I just mentioned my personal experience. But the special thing is the quietness of the place and the beautiful view of the mountains. There is no noise, but these are the defects that I mentioned earlier.
