Book North Hanley Station hotels

The staff was appoligetic, but there was ledt over insulin medication in the and left over food in the fridge. Plus a left over bowl with dried blood from the blood checker. Also the shower head was not working it needed to be reset as soon as we got their. Then it went out again by morning.

Everything was pretty nice, no complaints! Clean room and staff was friendly.

Everything was ok except the location of the room I have bad anxiety and being in the middle of all of the rooms really bothered me. I understand they where packed and that’s understandable

My room was clean and bathroom spacious. The manager sent a text to guests when a weather emergency occurred to let everyone know where to go and also followed up to make sure my stay was going well

The conference rooms had terrible temperature control, we were either sweating or freezing. The beds were too soft, & the pillows were terrible it was hard to sleep. The shower that I took at the property was nothing but cold water for the entire 20 minutes. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing was the staff. Friendly, outgoing and helpful at every turn

Paid for king suite, manager Andre called day of check in and informed me I could not get suite. He gave me king room with no view, said he could not refund difference but would comp a meal at restaurant. Never got meal. Nice hotel, service leaves a lot to be desired.
