North Island Winery Accommodation

Really quick check in. Great staff in all areas. Helpful, friendly and willing to take time necessary to address questions. Tub/shower combo might be difficult for some as high step in and no grab bars on walls. Location good. Nice area to walk, short walk to waterfront. Would be happy to stay again if we return. Only one other comment, we could not get the same deal on the hotel/IHG website - expedia offer was superior, but we were in a rush and it was a last minute booking due to flight issues.

Everything is great

Very clean & tidy room.

Had our room changed because first room had nasty stain on carpet. Coffee machine was missing and so was some of the furniture. 2nd room was excellent and of the usual standard we expected from cordis. Max in the desk couldn’t have been more accommodating if he’d tried and remained warm, friendly and extremely helpful in the face of our complaint. All staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. Spa and pool were in excellent condition and water was clean and warm. New pool towels were lovely as were the outdoor cushions. Landbar menu was excellent fare but could do with a salad or green element included. Loved this bar for casual dining and another friendly inviting set of staff.concierge also very helpful. Overall a great place to stay and we will return as we have done for several years now

Room was fresh and clean, with everything you could need. It was also very large and comfortable. The staff went way beyond expectations. We arrived early off a cruise and we were allowed into our room hours before checking in time. We were also allowed to stay an extra hour the following day. There was a free shuttle to the airport. Over many years we have stayed in various hotels across all continents. We have never experienced the warmth and welcome we received at The Jetpark. We were blown away. Would definitely recommend. airport.
