This condo is all about the view! View of the ocean, the Pier and the Marsh. You can admire the ocean from the open concept living and dining area or from the large balcony where you can soak up the sun, have a drink or a nice meal. The kitchen is fully equipped for you to cook your own meals but there is also plenty of restaurants to choose from within a 10 minute drive. There is a W/D, large TVs in the living room as well as in the bedroom with cable TV, WiFi & unlimited Internet access. The cozy bedroom offer a queen bed. There is a pullout couch in the living room so the unit can accommodate up to 4 guests (2 adults and 2 young children). Guests have access to the pool as well as to an indoor lounge and kitchen area by the pool. There is plenty of parking space available (1 car per unit) as there is an overflow parking across the street. Beach chairs are provided (no umbrella).

I can’t say enough good things about our stay here. My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary and had a great time! The balcony was definitely our favorite part of the room but everything else was great too. Very clean and comfy! The pier is a short walk from the room. We had lunch there and had a great time. We were close to everything we needed; golf and boating were all a very easy drive to get to. The view of the intercostal every time we left the room was breathtaking. I felt very safe there with the added security to get to the elevator. Would absolutely stay again!

As others noted, the building is a little aged but inside the property is nicely updated and clean. This property was booked for working remotely (with a fantastic view) instead of a vacation and it served our needs extremely well and the wi-fi worked great.

Owner always available for any questions with prompt answers.Recommendations: Full length mirror for the ladies, bedroom area carpet at foot of bed needs anti skid mat underneath almost slipped twice when carpet slid on tile. Beautiful condo!

This property is exactly as shown in photos! It has been beautifully updated throughout and has all the necessities you could possibly need. We were thrilled beach chairs and an umbrella were provided so there was no added cost of renting daily. This condo is in the perfect location. The beach area was much less crowded and everything you needed was at your fingertips…shopping, restaurants, etc. We will definitely be staying here again and thank you so much to the gracious hosts!
