The property was very nice, the unit we stayed in was excellent. Property management could take care to make sure lighting in the garage and common areas works, but that is not on the owner of this unit.

We had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would say that was a disappointment, was we were expecting 4 beach chairs and the one that was an actual beach chair was broken and the other chairs I would classify as camping chairs that you can't lay down in. Which wouldn't have been a big deal other that I have chairs at home and didn't bring them do to the post saying they had them. So we had to go buy chairs which aren't cheap. Everything else was perfect, I would stay there again only bring my own chairs.

We loved the location, the condo, and the ease. There is on site parking, hot tubs, lazy river and of course the beach! The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond to questions! Thank you so much for everything!

The place was great, Rueben was a great host. I recommend taking out the insurance as we had a couple of mishaps with a patio door handle and a patio chair breaking. Overall the place was great with plenty of room. The view was wonderful. We will definitely come back.

Spring Break Relaxation and SUPRISE ENGAGEMENT

Unbelievable location, space and Ruben was awesome. Easy to contact and ask questions. He was quick to reply and explain the various questions we had. We will definitely come back. On a personal note, our Daughter got engaged on the beach in front of the property!

North Myrtle Beach Vacation

Overall great plac and location. 2 issues: 1. The hot tub temperature was only 85.5 degrees so it could not be used. 2. Two of the toilets made a horrible noise when flushed (sounded like an Air-Raid siren going off). Everything else was really nice and the view couldn't have been better!

Girls’Get Away

The penthouse was exactly as pictures showed. Just 3 miles from Barefoot landing. 3 bedrooms each with their own bath. The fact you are encouraged to leave unopened non perishable goods on the counter when leaving, so they can be donated to the local food pantry is something all Vrbo owners should do. Great idea. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect for big family

Condo was fantastic! Had all the amenities we needed for our week stay. Had plenty of room for all of us. The host kept in contact when needed and was very quick to respond when I had questions. We loved that the parking garage was under the building so it was just a quick elevator ride to our vehicles, made it so much easier when loading and unloading all of our stuff.

Great place at myrtle beach

We just stayed at ph4 in myrtle beach and loved it!! It was very clean, very spacious, loved the outdoor balcony with view of the ocean! The ice maker and water on the refrigerator didn't work at first, but by the end of the first night it did. The only issue we had was that when we parked on P1 and tried to get into the condo using the back doors, the code didn't work. This was a little frustrating because my parents can't walk well, one of us had to walk around the front of the building and then let the others in from the back. After a couple of nights though, we noticed it was open, so that it wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again. Overall a great place!!

So wonderful

We were so impressed with this property. Everything was nice and clean. The view from balcony was great. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Washer, dryer and dishwasher all worked great. Kitchen had all dishes, cookware and utensils we needed. The pools were very nice also. Highly recommended

Perfection!!!

This place is beautiful!! We did have a few issues( it happens) but the owner was very responsive and professional. It was very clean, and very well stocked for the entire family. You can not beat the view. The resort was perfect for the rainy times. We had a blast and I would for sure book this again!! Thank you for a lovely stay.

July 4th week 2024

We stayed June 30-July 8, 2024. The condo location was perfect for our stay since my sister was across the street in a house. Pros- The condo had all the amenities we needed and more. Well stocked and the beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice and clean. The whole place was very clean. The owner Ruben communicated with us whenever we texted about things. I liked that the owner helped his church so anything edible non perishable that we had leftover could be shared. The amenities-pool, beach access, umbrellas, chairs (rented) were great. We saw maintenance folks all the time and the maintenance person came to fix a sink as soon as we called and gave us more towels. We did buy beach towels but had plenty of bathroom towels. Excellent service if we needed anything. Con- the washing machine broke on day 2 of our trip. We had to go to the laundromat 3 times. An inconvenience but we handled it. We called Ruben and he ordered a new washing machine but it did not arrive for our stay. Hopefully it t is there now. We did meet Ruben and his wife and they were very nice. The door codes are multiple. We had one code for our condo (super) and 2 different codes for the pool area and building. It would be nice I guess to have a key card but not a big deal. Once we learned the codes we were good. Gym amenities could be improved- husband had trouble gaining access to the gym. Bottom line is this place is great. Owner is on top of things. Will r hopefully return in the future.
