The staff was courteous but the room we were on smelled like wet dog and like mold. They did have a dehumidifier running all day and night but did nothing w/the smell.

The staff was very nice. The hotel is very run down and dated. The bath/ shower had very poor water pressure. Paying $302 for the night was too high. The only plus was the location was close to where I needed to be.

The hotel is old, and the room was small with an unpleasant smell that made the stay uncomfortable. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to help when needed. Breakfast was fairly average.

Room had terrible lighting. 2 lamps on either side of the bed and no overhead lighting aside from hallway and bathroom by entrance. Desk was the stand for the TV, so they was no place to do work or sit and read other than sitting on bed crowded by a lamp. To watch TV- needed to move the desk chair out of way. Traffic to get out in morning; allow for extra time if the draw bridge is up and you need yo head west. Just not a place to stay if you were planning to do work.

Staff was great and very friendly. Room was clean but everything was old and pretty worn out although bed was extra comfortable. Air conditioner need to have its vanes cleaned out as musty smell. I was going to clean filters but found no filters installed (why cooling vanes were all gummed up)
