Overall good stay

The room was clean and neat, beds were a little firm, the pool was gorgeous. However, we didn't receive maid service after the first night, when we returned from working our show, the soiled towels were still on the floor and the beds were note made up. I called the front desk to request service and was asked to bring the soiled towels to the front desk for fresh. I think the least someone could have done after missing us on maid service would have been to bring us fresh towels. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, a good value for the money, everyone was courteous and pleasant.

We got the suit & it’s actually really big, compared to other hotel suites I’ve been to. It was supposed to sleep 4 people, but it definitely does not. There’s 1 king bed, a couch & a loveseat. The couch & loveseat do not pull out, but luckily the 3rd person with us was a child & he laid on the couch comfortably. The king bed was surprisingly comfortable as well. & we had a balcony!

We were given the room directly across from the ice maker and next to the housekeeping rooms. It was continuous noise all night and made service started making noise on talking at the crack of dawn. This Motel was far from capacity and we could have been given a room in a much quieter area. Also, we were told there was a morning breakfast and it was a bowl of prepackaged muffins and coffee. The bed was beyond uncomfortable.

Cheaper than most in the area, Palm Beach. The lobby was vacant as nothing was in the lobby but clean. Sam at the desk didn’t know what he was doing. Waited too long to check in until “another” person arrived? Not sure who that was. Room 216, the room was good. Comfortable. The bathroom need a lot of cleaning/repair. Lament on BR door was pealing, shower head didn’t seem like it was ever cleaned as well items under the soap dish and borders.

Great location for me. Room was dirty, bathroom was dirty. Bent entry door, broken and peeling bathroom door. Overall the place needs an update. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked.
