We always stay at Holiday Inn Hotel by IHG whenever we do our trips, be it short or long stay. We love the cleanliness of the hotel and it’s superb breakfast. In fact, we did apply for a membership because we loved everything about the hotel. But this time, it kinda disappoint us. You can see the molds at the bath tub and it’s corner and the water took so long to drain making it look like a huge deep puddle ready for someone to be soaked in for a bath. We didn’t have the time to report it as we arrived late and were just too tired from 7hrs of drive.

The hotel is large with a lot of rooms. A little difficult to get to because you come into the parking area on the backside. But staff was very friendly. Our room could have been cleaner. Floor and carpet were sticky and dirty. The bathroom was clean except the shower. It needed some deep cleaning and recaulking. Overall our stay was good.

This was one of our best hotel stays. The beds were comfortable, breakfast was great and the staff were wonderful. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond. Thank you Holiday Inn!

bathrooms didn’t get clean

Hotel Review: ⭐️⭐️ (2 out of 5 stars) When I walked into the room, I was immediately hit with a musty, damp smell — like the air had been sitting stale for days. The AC was on, but honestly, it didn’t seem to be doing much. Then I checked the bathroom… and that’s where it really went downhill. There was visible soap scum on the faucet, the showerhead, and all the bathroom hardware. I ran my hand down the shower wall and came up with a layer of grime. Even worse, there was hair in the shower. Not mine. I went down to the front desk and showed them my video and photos. They were about to just hand me keys to go check out other rooms on my own, but I said nope — you’re coming with me. I made the staff walk with me to inspect each one, and guess what? All three rooms had the same issue: soap scum in the bathrooms. I picked the one with the least amount of buildup and decided to just roll with it. On the bright side, the breakfast was actually great — probably the best part of the stay. The pool was fine, nothing special but clean. Would I stay again? Not unless they do a serious overhaul on housekeeping standards.
