Reserve por expedian y pague todo en el hotel, no entiendo porque me estan cobrando 90 usd si me dijeron en el hotel que todo estaba bien y no debia nada Al parecer no hay cordinacion entre hotel y la pagina de r de expedia The staff at breakfast and at the checkout were very friendly, but I couldn't find where to ask for more towels. I booked through Expedia and paid for everything at the hotel. I don't understand why they're charging me $90 when they told me at the hotel that everything was fine and I didn't owe anything. Apparently, there's no coordination between the hotel and the Expedia website.

The pictures for the property are misleading. While the property has apparently had a recent upgrade to the rooms, most of the staff are "checked out" and the management is entirely offsite. The night I arrived two middle aged women with bicycles were drunkenly wandering the parking lot and yelling at each other. Rooms were partially cleaned each day - with garbage being emptied some times and not others. Staff, when you could find them, were occasionally friendly. Breakfast was minimal and almost never opened when claimed, usually 1/2 an hour or more later than promised. When I checked out no-one was available and I was directed to a device with a large screen populated by someone from another country who was difficult to understand. (This seems to me to be key to the whole issue with this property.) Hot water sparse in the evening. Though I have stayed in worse places, and it is conveniently located - can not recommend.

Nice pool, clean room, and convenient with shopping and restaurants as right in the busy traffic area as we stayed in March 2025. However, the next room were loud, drinking on balcony and in their room plus we smell marijuana and cigarettes that was uncomfortable and felt intimidated and unsafe.

Booked 2 rooms. Both were exceptionally clean and the virtual check in was quick and easy. The hotel is located in a prime location with access to many restaurants and the one next door (Grill 1951) is an excellent choice. Great value for the price!

The breakfast could have offered more choices. Our room's bathroom door was broken and need to be fixed or replaced and all three hinges were rusted. Also, the safe in the room did not work.

Room was humid because they had not run the dehumidifier, instead they tried to cover up the smell with some sort of spray or powder. I turned on humidifier and pied water several times but smell never left the room,
