We called the day before to let them know we would be a late check in.Arriving around 9:30 p.m. Upon arrival at 9:40 p.m. no one was at the front desk. Waited 20 minutes in the front lobby before someone showed up did not feel safe anyone could have walked into that hotel and done whatever they want. I don't think at night you should leave the lobby unattended.Did not feel safe.Finally the attendant returned and told us she was allowed a break.Another guest came down twice looking for extra towels.She was not happy.Upon check out, the staff member told us she was probably doing room service,since the front desk attendant does the cooking and delivery of room service orders.Unexceptable.You need a bell..Have never experienced no one at the front desk of a hotel.Especially at night.Lock the front door and get buzzed in.Will not stay there if I have a late check in....too dangerous.

Awesome stay at the Bellissomo.

Awesome property. Staff was friendly and courteous. Presidential Suite with jacuzzi was very spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. Great location if going to the casinos. Shuttle to casino is a plus. Would definitely stay again.

Was there over thanksgiving weekend. 5 people in the whole hotel, i think i could've been given a room that wasn't on the hvac line. every time i needed something from the front desk, i felt like i was interrupting them. except when i checked in, she was lovely.

We didn’t get any sleep our first night because the unsupervised juvenile guests above us kept us up all night with loud music, jumping, running and yelling. I do not believe there were any adults in the room. I requested a room change which the front desk staff took care of immediately for us. She was very accommodating which we appreciated. The second night was good. We will come back.

They have an shuttle that takes you to casino but it's in easy distance to everything around . Place is quite and staff is responsive. Ended up booking another night !❤️

Nice property at a reasonable rate. We used the hotel as a base for day trips. It is conveniently located between the coast and the casinos. Our room was clean and comfortable. We stayed Wednesday through Saturday. The hotel had limited eating options on Wednesday and Thursday. The staff was responsive when we asked for help.
