This is a lovely resort considering how cheap it was! I loved every part of it and the sauna and hot tub and pool were top notch. It’s also very close to commercial street for anyone going there for a gay excursion to commercial street!

The room is in condition for a front beach location but couldn't sleep good some weird smell in room wasn't pleasant other than that the hotel have great amenities was good beach front location.

I have travelled to a lot of places and this is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was right in the beach and it was so peaceful listening to the waves at night when I went to sleep. The room was very clean and the bus service made it easy to get to P-Town. I will 100% be coming back again!

Clean and comfortable room, great location!

The room itself is a basic standard no frills hotel room. Not much offered for amenities, just a couple bars of soap. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is what we loved most. The property is nicely located right on the beach in Truro just a short drive from Provincetown. Every room has an individual deck that gives every guest the opportunity to enjoy the beautiful cape cod beach and ocean views. We loved listening to the ocean all night from the comfort of our room. The property also has a nice indoor pool, steam room, sauna, fire pit, basketball and tennis courts, and also has a cafe that serves up a tasty breakfast (for additional cost). We enjoyed our stay so much that we already came back for another stay and will certainly look to stay again in the future.

This is a best kept secret on the Cape. Rooms go quickly as it is on the water and still affordable. Great accommodations and amazing sunsets and the staff is first rate.
