Friendly staff in both hotel and waterpark areas. Clean rooms and breakfast foods were great. Will definitely stay again!!

The staff were extremely welcoming and courteous. I called prior to us leaving and asked if they could accommodate us with the check-in time since the cut-off is 4:00 p.m. They immediately said yes and waited for us to arrive at 5:15 p.m. We stayed in the regular rooms, and the bed was super comfy! Also, we loved that in order to access the area where the rooms were, you had to have a swipe key. The area was quiet, safe, and not far from all the restaurants, attractions, and stores, which was all we needed.

The rooms were clean, staff was great and we loved the pool and hot tub!
