Descent place

It was a descent place to stay. Plus average breakfast. I only drink coffee. And just needed more blankets,because ot was a 2nd floor room it got hot. So the air worked great. But needed an extra blanket for the coldness it got in the morning since i left the air on all night

The staff was very friendly. When I arrived, there were no towels in my room and they quickly brought them up and apologized. Later, when I opened the microwave, there was a half eaten sandwich inside of it. I noticed there were lots of crumbs and dirt on the floor. It made me wonder if my room was actually cleaned.

The staff was extremely friendly and made sure our extremely large party was taken care of. We had an amazing time. However the room was dirty. There was a used soap on the dish, hair, dirt and mold in the tub an the water did not drain while showering. The place could use some maintenance and better housekeeping.

I liked the hotel. I wish the cleaning staff would tie up their hair better so their hair isn’t on the bedding or visible on the clean floors. Management, please re-grout the showers to try getting rid of the mold. Unfortunately, we stayed when a bunch of children were there and they ran rapid throughout the halls. Then the next day knocked on the doors and ran. The hotel can’t fix that, but maybe try putting parents with children on separate floor (if you can monitor that). All in all I liked the hotel and staff was accommodating and friendly.

Nice place

We just wanted a little time away from the kids, dogs, etc. our house only 10 minutes away! It was exactly what we needed! We requested a room away from the elevator, to avoid the noise, they placed us in the back of the hotel. The only thing we barely heard, was the train! Perfect!! Reception at check in and check out was great, room was spotless! Breakfast included was great. The only thing that was not working was 1 of the elevators, but there was another one and only 2 floors in total. Pool and gym were available, not crowded.

We were given 3 towels for 4 people. We asked for another set and was given pool towels because they did not have anymore bathroom towels. At breakfast, there were tables but no chairs. I took barstools and brought them into the breakfast area.
