I'm not bad I'm disappointed. If you like hot water go somewhere else. If you like a spacious room, again, go somewhere else. The people there are charming but unless you grew up in Cambodia you might not know the pleasure of a bamboo cage aka they're queen suite. Oh the breakfast is good.

Horrible experience. Dirty room, no heat, vanity doesn't drain, tub drain very slow. We complained about it, they tried to switch the room to another one with similar situations. We booked for 2 nights but we had to cancel the second night after we spent one night with no heat while the unit was blowing cold air despite it was off. I already reported that to Expedia and I request complete refund for both nights.

Great Place

The staff are amazing and so helpful. Floorplan the same at all extended Stays, so there are no surprises. Clean. Good pet areas to walk your pet.

I feel like unless you pay $300+ a night for a hotel, you can expect run-down and dirty rooms. The staff was friendly and the location was ok for me. But there were people loitering and chain smoking at the entrances, one guy was there from 10pm when I entered until 2am when I checked out. My room seemed clean, until I started looking closer and noticed the carpet near the TV was caked with dirt and some random small debris. The underside of the fan above the stove had NEVER been cleaned and the the top of the cabinets also looked like they had never been cleaned. The caulk in the bathroom was absolutely gross, there were black mold spots in the tub and on the wall above. The actual shower head was also filty and looked like it had never been cleaned.

You should consider saying the breakfast part. Its the least of any ive stayed in, that stated free breakfast. The location for it is odd too, with no way to sit down.
