Easy check-in. Clean room. A window that opens! Shower fixtures could use a de-calcification. Ice machine works well. Decent breakfast with good coffee. Check-out was kinda weird. Statement showed a late check-in (we were the 1st ones to check-in 6/8) and a balance but the lady said we are all squared away.

I went to Sandusky for bike week. The hotel let bikers park under the awning when it rained. I was happy with the room. The complimentary breakfast was very good.

Very nice hotel. Staff was friendly. The only down side was the constant barking of a dog left for hours in the room next to us. We felt so bad for the dog, it kept getting more and more frantic as the time went on. Finally after listening to it for that long i went down and asked the front desk to call the people and let them know thier dog was distressed. Within a short time they came back to the dog.

When we arrived the person behind the counter was wearing a Simpson shirt and playing on his phone, when we got to our room it smelled terrible, it wasn’t cleaned, the sheets were dirty, the bed was brown, there was garbage in the corner, the toilet paper was half used, and there was a bar of used soap in the middle of the shower. There was trash all over the outside of the building, the pictures online do this place zero justice. It is disgusting inside and out
