Upon check in they did not inform us there were newly renovated rooms. Instead we were provide with an old room that smelled, had a broken shower which needed to be repaired, leaking water onto the floor and no smart tv to stream shows.

The women who check us in was not friendly at all and a little rude. The a/c in the room was not consistently cold. We only met 1 dealer who was personable, the others appeared to not really want to be there. We like staying at the Fox Tower but this time was disappointing.

This is a very nice hotel and casino. It's not an inexpensive place though, so be prepared to spend some. There was no continental breakfast that I could find. The coffee shop down near the lobby didn't open until 7am, and it was about $6 and change just for a paper cup of joe. They got a bank of 6 elevators, but it seemed like only one or two was every in use at one time, so they were routinely slow and crowded.
