Reception was efficient, professional, friendly and thorough. The room was clean, quiet, comfortable and had a lot of nice towels and bath products. Checkout was easy and fast. The coffee was hot and ready at 5am as promised- it was very good too. Parking was easy and convenient to the entrance.

Check-in was smooth and the desk staff was friendly and informative. The room was very comfortable and perfectly designed for my needs. Both the in room refrigerator and microwave were needed for this trip. But the pet policy and reasonable pet fee sold me. The beautiful room was a bonus.
