There was an old bar of soap with hair on it wrapped in the shower curtain. There were hair dust bunnies in the bathroom. There was an old power strip running across the furniture for the mini fridge. The tv was not usable because the WiFi message would not go away on the screen and the remotes would not work to enter the password. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room was not picked up daily. Some days the towels were replaced, others they were not. On the last day we left in the morning to return at 10 at night and found smoke smell in the room and bathroom door closed. Told onsite person who said the smoke smell coming form the vent in the bathroom and put an air clean machine to draw out the smoke. Someone went into the room but did not straighten the towels. :-(

The staff was amazing. They were polite and friendly. They anticipated my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and more. When I told the desk I was checking out at 4 am the next morning, the night staff have coffee and snacks ready for my departure. Thoughtful, clean, attentive and the room was great.
