Check in was fast and workers were friendly and helpful. The first room we stayed in, the bed was horrible; squeaky, old, lumpy, very uncomfortable. They moved us to another room for the next 2 nights and the bed was still very uncomfortable, just an old mattress I guess and the water pressure in the shower was non existent. The bathroom needed to be swept and dusted. Definitely needs some updating.

Older hotel that could use a little updating but a terrific location and spend. Very professional staff who handled check info several people all arriving at the same time. Parking is avaitbut note it is at an additional cost.

Front desk staff VERY nice. Once unpacked we were told we were in the wrong room and needed to switch. We didn't get the room we reserved. Was told that we could just use the pullout couch. Thats NOT what I reserved. Also had a tub faucet that wouldn't shut off.

This is a quaint spot not far from the beach. Decent, clean, and safe facility with nice staff. It's situated between walkable restaurants and street has that small town charm NSB is known for. I'll be back for sure!

We checked out on a Monday, put all our things in car and could not go back to enjoy the pool before driving back home. Usually when you stay at a hotel you are allowed to use the amenities on day of check out. This is the first time I hear of this and I was very disappointed. Went up to front desk and spoke to Jeanine, explained that I checked out and couldn’t get into pool. She stated “no once you check out you have to leave” very uncaring and rude with her response. I explained I have stayed here many times and I never had an issue and this is the first time I hear of a hotel not letting the guest use the amenities after checking out on same day. I asked to speak to a manager, she gave me a card, I call the number on card and she picks up. I told her I just left the office and you could have just told me the manager was not in. She responded, “you just asked for card” very rude and it will be the last time staying here and recommending this place to anyone .
