I like that it had a kitchen. The mattress was not clean but thats from multiple guest I assume. The top sheet was not clean but we just took it off. The hotel was clean and the lady who checked us in was soooooo nice.

Our front door was out of square and very difficult to open and close. No room cleaning for a 6 day stay. Breakfast was barely adequate and would run out of food. Key card system was not functioning well particularly for the elevators even after 2nd programming. Room was clean and staff was very nice, but not a great stay.

When i got there you had to pay extra for vallet and the placed seemed nice but the po and jacuzzi was out of service, they gave 1 packet of suger and 2 creamers for coffee for a 2 person room with barely enough dishware when i called for suger they said woukd bring and never came the breakfast was gross and they didnt refill often so by the last hour there was nothing no coffee. Wouldnt recommend shocked for a hilton

There could be instructions on how to get to the main lobby from the ground entrance. Parking was an issue. We got put in a room that joined the room next to it. The people were extremely loud. Overall not impressed. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Easy to find street parking (and save $45/night valet parking). Awkward entrance -- we arrived at night and the doors were locked. Valet unlocks them but he was parking a car. We didn't know that & kept pressing the buzzer expecting a front desk person to let us in. Not great on a cold windy night. One enters on the first floor but the lobby is on the third floor. It all feels awkward.We had a handicap accessible suite - all in all nice but: side of bed barely allowed a wheel chair to fit there. Door is very very heavy -- a single person with rollator wouldn't be able to get in & out. Nice seat in shower, and grab bars in all the right places. Wheelchair pulls right up to the sink. Handheld shower spray was very weak, handheld shower on short hose was not helpful. Breakfast was beautiful and included non-dairy milk (yay). But they ran out of food both days we were there. Get there early or the pickings are very slim. The dining area is attractive and welcoming. Bed was comfortable, drapes didn't close all the way so I'd bring eye masks next time. Front desk was very helpful when I called morning of our arrival. Price was right and location was good for where we were visiting.

I was upset that the pool was closed for maintenance. However, I guess I should have called ahead of time. Breakfast was cheap. There was no more whole milk, the food temperature was not hot, they didn’t replenish yogurt’s or fruits. The men sat there on their phones while eating a plate of food they made. That part didn’t bother me, it was just the fact that they didn’t replenish. The room was nice, equipped with kitchen tools and utensils. I wouldn’t stay again because of the breakfast.

No parking on site, $45 for valet. Door on street only opens to valet, lobby is on the third floor. Elevators do not work without a key, and don’t easily work with the key. Receptionist was speaking extremely quietly even when asked several times to speak up. Breakfast was old and dry, even as 8:00. The room doors also do not open easily. Pool was closed indefinitely. Bed and room were ok, view was nice. I don’t ordinarily leave reviews but this was not the quality I was expecting for a Hilton.
