I was booked on the 2nd floor but the elevator was out of order. So I had to walk up the stairs. Very inconvenient especially when the clerk booked my room and told me it was near it. Nothing was complimentary to eat or drink which I found inconvenient as well.

Does not live up to advertised standards.

The HVAC system was not operating properly. We were too cold the first night and the system was so noisy we couldn’t hear the TV or talk on the phone. We asked for help and the front desk did not reply or file a work order for more than a hour. The next day, the maintenance crew replaced our unit. We didn’t have time to switch rooms because we had other commitments. We stayed in our room as long as we could then left for other activities we had planned in advance. Also, the room was not lit well, too dark and uncomfortable. The furniture was not at all comfortable, very and uncomfortable. Most of the side chairs, Devan and beds must have been a little too vintage. They were hard and uncomfortable. The artwork was very nice. The rest of the room needed an overhaul. Bathroom was too small. For the money we paid, the hotel was not up to any standard we are accustomed to. Overall, they should keep homeless folks there instead of top dollar customers. However, staff was very nice.

It was disappointing to see that the fire pit was not working and the washers were out of service. We had to fix the shower curtain rod in our room, and the drainage was terrible. The tub filled while trying to get a shower This was a 3 day stop to house hunt in the area, some of the amenities were the reason we picked here. The staff was wonderful, but maintenance could have been better.

I was surprised to see the condition of the rooms considering the price of the hotel. I had to change rooms because my original room was so musty and smelly. It felt like being in a cheap motel room. The carpet was old and looked dirty.
