No it was terrible a fully booked hotel with six stories tons of family’s and teeny buffet area to serve us all. Paid for two days of breakfast couldn’t even get enough to eat or the food was cold and empty And the staff disinterested to make it right Spent 500$ on two days in the middle of two hotels that had supers service and food

Horrible stay

My best friend and I had planned a birthday gay for years. I am a busy mom and wife so this was supposed to be a fun getaway of food and laughter. We spent close to 500$! For our two night stay, yes we got a queen suite for comfort. Comfort and that was all we got. Due to full capacity the promoted made to order breakfast or any breakfast was not available. For a hotel this size they had us crammed into a tiny buffet room for food. With the sheer amount of kids available they had only three small orchers of milk available, one whole, one skim, one almond milk. Went hungry the first day because the attendants said they won’t be putting out anymore food! Second day the crowds of family downstairs devoured everything in sight I gave up and had to go out for breakfast this after paying 16 each for both to eat. My gf has difficulty going up and downstairs and they told her she can’t bring the food up. There was no water no juice no coffee nothing after hours. And the front staff was like it is what it is. I have stayed in many many many places in my life this was one of the worst. No refunds for breakfast no apologies nothing, even tried to charge me 3 dollars for a soda And on top of that when I called (sight onseen) to book an extra night I was redirected to sales to get me to purchase extra vacation stay at a later time. I’m not one to complain but this is one of the worst I have been in the only good point is the comfort and cleanliness of the barren queen suite.

This hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The facility is just extremely dated and old. Every single thing in the room needs updating. It felt like I walked into 1987. I’m impressed with how they’ve maintained it to not smell or feel musky.

Parking lots dark and Front drop off area waisting limited parking spaces, Handicap parking is around side of building and not very user friendly, also very limited, Otherwise very nice hotel , beautiful open 6 story balcony’s circleing every floor, with two glass windowed elevators. Definitely the nicest Holiday Inn I’ve ever seen, more like a high end resort.
