This could be a very cool place if they put in a touch more effort. Smelled stale and the carpet felt perpetually wet. There was an inch of room between the bottom of the door and the floor - we put a towel down each night to prevent an unwelcome visitors. Staff doesn’t consistently remake beds. Overall it was FINE for the price during the season - but for the price, they could’ve tried a little bit harder. It’s got beds, walls, a bathroom and a couch. If that’s all you need, go for it - it’ll be all you’re expecting.

We had a blast . The hotel although not new and fancy was great. Room was clean, beds comfortable, it had a frig, a microwave, and the AC worked well. Loved that we could park on the hotel property the day we checked out without fear of it being towed as we had a pass that did not expire because we checked out which made it easy for us to stay on the beach all day without having to move our car. They have a small bathroom with a shower that people who have checked out can use after spending time at the beach to clean up and get dressed before going back in their vehicle. This hotel is also located a short walking distance to many of the activities in the area, restaurants and mimi marts. LOVE IT!!!.

Twenty five (25) minutes running the shower to get warm water. Motel was lightly occupied, so it wasn't caused by usage / demand from guests. Front desk said the water system (boiler) is old and there are no plans to upgrade it.

I called the property to ask about changing the guest name on the reservation because 2 of the 4 people going couldn't make it due to the storms and the woman who answered the phone spoke to me with such a contemptuous tone I wanted to cancel and forfeit the cost. So what she told me was that my son couldn't check in without being a"joint owner" on the account I used to book the room...then when he checks in they asked for no such proof. The room was right next to the pool so it was loud and busy. The proximity to the beach and boardwalk was nice and the room was clean. I will not rebook or recommend this hotel.
