Sunrises on the Shore

The Quaker Inn was a lovely little spot to stay close to the beach. Clean room, friendly staff, and towels and umbrellas for the beach, which were great when we got up early enough to watch the sunrise.

Quaint getaway -

Quaker Inn is a wonderfully relaxing bed and breakfast with every detail thoughtfully taken care of—from beach umbrellas and towel service to a peaceful patio with rocking chairs where you can sit back and enjoy the distant sound of the waves. I’ve been coming here for many years and especially love starting my mornings on the patio with a chai in hand, gently rocking as the day begins.

Super Clean and Comfortable Historic Inn

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 days at this historic Inn. Every space on the property is spotless, including the room, kitchen areas and the 3 balcony porch areas. Amenities include free tea, coffee and filtered water. Beach towels and umbrellas are also free to use at the beach which is a short walk from the property. Beach badges are offered at a reduced rate. An assortment of board games are available. There are many walkable options on Main Avenue for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a small in room refrigerator and a microwave in the kitchen to reheat leftovers and even a dining space off the kitchenette to eat comfortably. I’ll definitely plan to revisit next year.

I loved this place! The man at the front desk… I’m so bad with names, but I think it was Jerry, he was so sweet and helpful. The amenities were great, check in and check out was super easy. So close to the beach and Asbury Park. Would definitely recommend and be back.

Great Inn close to everything!

The Inn is close to the beach, has beautiful beach views from the balconies, and is super close to restaurants and shops. At first our room was not so clean but the cleaning staff turned it around and really did a great job for my daughter and I. We loved our stay!

Quaker Inn has an excellent location. Street parking was not a problem. The beach is one block away. Our bed was fine. The bathroom was larger than those at commercial hotels.
