Charming Coastal Cottage On A Canal with Private Heated Pool, Tiki Bar and Dock

Welcome to our Beautiful Beach Cottage. This is our private home first time in the vacation market. We are located on a deep-water canal with our own private dock and Jet T. Bring your boat and Jet ski or fish off the dock. Or just float in the canal on one of our floats provided.

You are only a few minutes' walk to a beach access.

You will love our professionally landscaped tropical paradise! We have a beautiful private heated saltwater swimming pool kept at 75 degrees. Our outside space has loungers, a lounge bed and a TIKI Bar. Dining table that seats 6 and a bar that will seat 8. Fun for the entire family! There is a half bath downstairs and an Outdoor Shower.

Our Cottage provides everything needed for your family vacation just bring your swimsuits! We have Pool Floats, Beach Chairs, Coolers, Beach Cart and fishing poles for you to use. We also have 6 bikes for your use to explore the island on.
The Cottage will sleep 9 comfortably. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, the other two rooms each have Queen Beds. The Sleeping Loft has 2 Twin Beds with a Trundle bed sleeping a total of 3. Kids love the Loft! TVs provided in all bedrooms. We even provide a Pack and Play and Highchair for your young ones.

WE PROVIDE ALL LINENS- No need to bring any. We will provide you with All Bedding, Bath Towels and Beach Towels.

The Cottage has an open living concept with a dining area that will seat 6 and a breakfast bar that will seat 3. There is a 55-inch screen TV in the main living area.

Other amenities include wireless internet, cable tv, games for the kids. You will have use of an outdoor gas grill and a Green EGG perfect for BBQ's. The TIKI Bar has a Ninja Blender to make your favorite frozen drink, Refrigerator and an Outdoor sound System to listen to your favorite Island sounds.
The Outdoor Upper Deck has a lounge area with a couch and rocking chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the palm trees, canal and sunsets.

We provide you with a starter kit for the home.

Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, which features a private pool and a Smart TV. There's a private balcony. As with our other two visits, this home was perfect for us. The pool and tiki bar are our favorite places to be! The view of and access to the waterway is great. Easy walk to tge beach. Easier ride in the golf cart. We love this home and hope to come again!

Perfect beach house for a family trip

We had a wonderful week this house. Super clean, the kitchen (and bar) was well equipped with dishes/appliances etc. and the location was perfect - close walk to the beach or to the local park/restaurants. The whole family enjoyed the beautiful backyard and swimming pool. The property owners were super easy to work with and communicated with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was working as expected. Would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a vacation rental in OIB!

Backyard Oasis

We love a beach house with a pool! Our kids are younger and sometimes the ocean is too rough for them and sometimes I get tired of holding on to them! The backyard is beautifully landscaped and we used the pool daily. The pool is well maintained and there were plenty of floats supplied by the owners. My kids had a blast. I would sometimes read a book while the kids played in the pool. We opted to rent the golf cart as well for bringing our gear to the beach and for trips to get Italian ice and to go to the park. The house was the perfect size for a family of four. Our kids are used to having their own rooms for sleeping. We also enjoyed swimming off the dock in the canal. We had never done that before. The water was warm and calm.

We had an amazing time at the cottage. The tiki bar and pool were spectacular. The outdoor lighting around the pool was beautiful at night! We made so many family memories while staying there. Fabulous family house on OIB

Spent a week with the cousins at the beach! Rebecca’s property had it all and more! The home had everything we needed, plenty of space a fabulous pool, yard and bar. Dock for fishing and we were able to rent a pontoon boat. We wanted for nothing at this home . Would highly recommend!

Truly an awesome week with family spent in this cottage! It’s an absolute mini paradise; backyard kept us enticed all week with only 2 trips to the beach…cottage is beautifully decorated, inviting and warm. Perfect beach vacation house

We had an incredible week in this perfect beach house…everything you need is there…pool, tiki bar, canal, bicycles. We had a full week of golf, beach walking, cycling and simply spending quality time in this very tastefully decorated home…so pretty and was immaculate! Will definitely consider renting again when we decide to head to OIB again…would highly recommend this house for anyone!
