Great size room and view. Nice jetted tub. Bathroom has toilet and tub and outside of bathroom nice big mirror and two sinks to get ready. Short walk to the beach. Room has sitting area with couch, fridge, microwave and fireplace and little deck with two chairs. Breakfast typically and nice start to the day to head off. We had 2nd floor, would have been nice to be on the third. When unit above filled their jetted tub and ran jets very loud, but it wasn’t very late and didn’t bother our sleep.

The Lighthouse Inn is always my first choice when staying in Ocean Shores. The sea view rooms are great and such a short walk to the beach, which you don’t always get with other nearby hotels. Nice staff and great breakfast too!

We have stayed here several times due to the closeness to the beach and the view. This is an older hotel that could use some renovations. There was a sign outside the bathroom stating that we needed to keep the bathroom door closed or it would set of the whole fire alarm system. Hmmm The little kitchenette area is nice, although I wish they would update the sofa sleepers. All in all, we will still come here

The Lighthouse has easy access to the beach, no dunes to walk through. Its at the north end of town so its quieter, yet active. The pet rooms are wonderful and ours had a sliding door out to the grassy area. Loved being able to come into our room after walks without having to go through the lobby. Staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good and had a lot of selections and went from 6am to 9am. We stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it! We will book here again!

As a first time guest, I didn’t expect much beyond a basic beachside hotel stay with my dog. The first level dog friendly rooms were surprisingly quiet.The rooms were spacious and clean, with easy access to the outdoor pet relief area and the beach. I was pleasantly impressed by the amenities, and friendly staff. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with a dog (s) who wants comfort and convenience.

The area outside of the hotel hadn’t been cleaned up in a couple of days and the trash was piling up with the trash cans outside the entrance. The buffet area wasn’t clean and there were stains on one of the tables near the waffle iron. The elevator smelled like mothballs and last but not least, I don’t think the maids are ins habit of wiping anything down with a cleaning cloth. The room wasn’t clean. Not worth whatever I paid on Expedia. Felt ripped off and will need to look at these hotels a lot closer. Expedia doesn’t give you an honest review it feels like.

My family had a wonderful time at the beach and the accommodations were wonderful the whole time. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good and the grounds were super clean. Loved the beach access, we will be back again

The “partial ocean view” room is a room with a view of the RV park and campground you look straight out at. Room was extremely noisy. You can hear everything through the walls and the people above us you could hear every step and noise until 11pm, it definitely kept us up during the night (even with ear plugs). Room was older and not the cleanest. The sofa had marks and stains all over it.

Beds are extremely hard and dog rooms are run down

We were extremely disappointed in our room. Now I know we had a dog room, but I have stayed in other hotels in “dog rooms” that were less dilapidated and cleaner. It seemed as if the dog rooms furniture is from second hand stores and from the 90’s. Motel 6 who is known to be dog friendly is nicer than the dog rooms at this hotel. Yes there are upgraded countertops and bathtubs, but mediocre for this price point. Complimentary toiletries were tiny and barely usable. For this price point and the dog rooms being beaten to crap the price should be less than the nicer rooms that are likely cleaner, and newer. The beds are extremely hard and similar to sleeping on the floor. This was not a good experience and I do not recommend.
