This was one of the best resorts we experienced. EVERYTHING was perfect. My daughter had a blast enjoying the the pools, kids club, the arcade rooms and entertainment shows. We absolutely loved our stay here. The food options are phenomenal. Sundeck's pizza was amazing. The excursions including an on-site dolphin cove were fantastic. We will be back for sure!

Everything in the property is great except the food, for to be an international tourist receiver they add too much spicy food. Almost everything in the buffet is spicy.

This was my fourth time visiting, and while the overall experience was great as usual, I was disappointed by the handling of the Expedia VIP perks. As a Platinum member, I expected the benefits listed, but the staff claimed to have no knowledge of them—even after I showed the confirmation email and pointed out the sign on display. Unfortunately, they still chose not to honor the perks. Aside from that, the stay itself was enjoyable, and the service and amenities were otherwise up to the usual high standard.

My wife and I had a fantastic time, love our stay at the Moon Palace resort. My only complaint was that on our first day we spent most of our breakfast with members of the hotel staff, trying to convince us to sign up to the hotel's membership program. I just wanted to have a quiet breakfast with my wife. We are not really frequent travelers, once I indicated we werent interested in signing up, I was hoping we wouldn't be hassled, a no should be taken as a no. Conversely, we had fun otherwise, especially at our trip to Dunn's River Falls.

The hotel is awesome, staff as well. So much to do on property. I had a wonderful time. However, when leaving the hotel the tour guys and transport guys harass you to much for tips. They dont give you a chance to even offer.
