I would have rated this resort a 5 star however there were a few things that really put a bad taste in my mouth. One specifically I will mention was the dolphin experience. We were scammed by a lady named Loverlee. We went with another family and we both got the same package. They were charged 208 and I was charged 372 at check out. We both did 1 adult and 1 child except they swam with the dolphins and we only got the encounter. How is it that we did less and got charged more ? They also tell you that you have “resort credits” (don’t believe it). I will never go back to this resort due to this incident. The best part is they charge your room and you get no receipt on what was actually agreed upon so when you go to check out and are rushing to get on your bus, you cannot even complain or sort it out on the spot. It’s all very strategic. Lots of people at the dolphin cove were complaining of this.
