I like that the people there were all very friendly .and they left champagne for my check in when I got to the room I didn't like that the elevators would go down multiple times while I was there . I payed for ocean view and had a view of a building . And I didn't like that check in was at 3 but I dint get checked in the both rooms till 530 one room and the other room 6 , so I didn't do much on my first day .

I was recommended Moon Palace and I enjoyed my stay there. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Euthea from Gondola was the highlight of my birthday dinner and Yaneak at check in was awesome! There was a lot to do at the resort, the food was excellent and I like the convenience of the app for room service and others. I definitely will be going back soon.

I have never felt so unhappy to leave a vacation as I did after this one. My first room was described as a "deluxe resort view with a balcony." While I expected to see some buildings and infrastructure, I was prepared for that. However, their definition of "deluxe" included a view of a roof filled with construction materials and an entryway that overlooked open storage closets. To make matters worse, one of the beds was broken! This was certainly not a great start to my vacation. I ended up paying extra to switch rooms, which took over an hour. Frustrated, I decided to upgrade to a different room to put an end to my issues. The new room offered a much better view, but there was a broken toilet seat that went unaddressed for several days. On the second day, I attended a presentation where the presenter, Mario, had the audacity to say, "This wouldn't have happened to you if you were a member; we would have ensured you had a better room." I couldn't believe it—such issues shouldn't happen to anyone. During our tour of the facility, I noticed parts of elevator panels missing, the carpet appeared poorly laid, and there were waves throughout the hallways. Each entryway into the various rooms was also at a different height—I had never seen anything like this. As a dissatisfied customer, I tried to speak with management, but it was conveniently their day off, and they couldn’t come in early to meet with me. A Spacious, Vibrant Resort—But Watch for Hidden Costs Moon Palace offers a stunning, airy atmosphere with an impressive range of activities, making it a standout among resorts we've visited. Whether it’s relaxing at the **Piano Bar**, where professional musicians elevate your appreciation for music, or indulging in the overwhelming variety of **chocolate and desserts** next door, there’s no shortage of memorable experiences. If you enjoy water activities, **sailing** is a must. The staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making you feel like longtime friends within minutes. The resort itself is warm and inviting, but some frustrating aspects diminish the experience. Our **room wasn’t ready at 3:30 PM**, making check-in feel endless after a long travel day. Additionally, our **$250 spa credit** covered only part of the cost, requiring extra payment. The **Dolphin Cove package** had unexpected charges, and **Dunn’s River Falls** lacked the promised snorkeling. Refund negotiations were tedious, adding insult to injury. While Moon Palace offers a great stay, ask questions and confirm details to avoid surprises. The experience is worth it—if you navigate wisely.
