We paid a premium for a "harbor view" room. Our "harbor view" from our ground level room was of a white fence surrounding the hotel's pool. The room was located in a high traffic area with several groups congregating outside. The door had expanded due to humidity. It had to be opened by a process of coordinating a turn of the key with a health shoulder shove on the door. Only if coordinated successfully could key be turned and the door shoved open. We paid way too much for this and won't use this service again.

What a wonderful respite! Walking distance to anything( including ice cream and fudge shop!) safe and friendly location, beautiful view- elevator was a little uncooperative at times and we decided to take the stairs most of the time. No breakfast available but the choices down the road a short distance were excellent!

A wonderful place to stay, up dated, awesome views. Only problem: couldn't get the coffee maker to work until one of the cleaning ladies came in, plugged it into a different outlet ( which I had tried, too) and it worked!

Room was clean with amazing view of the harbor. Good location on the island. Used our bikes to get around most of the time. Golf carts available. Pool was clean & refreshing. Convenient Smacnally’s restaurant/marina across the street.

Nice room, amazing views of the harbor. We especially liked the deck chairs on the porch looking over the bay. Ice machine was close by, elevator was slow but convenient. We arrived late so the front office was closed, but they left our key out for us. Seemed like there was plenty of parking, and several good restaurants within easy walking distance. Close to the ferry pier for our 7:30am departure.

The location was great. It was across from the marina and there were lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance. The room was fine. The elevator never did work for us. You're definitely paying for the location as the room was expensive for what it was.
