Avoid This Hotel

Pool was closed and the water was brown (we had planned to swim). Old mattress in the courtyard. Toilet was dirty. Room smelled of smoke (despite being non-smoking). Empty pill bottle and garbage in the nightstand. My kids were sketched out. Another family we saw said “Thank God!” when they saw us, as in “Thank God we’re not the only ones here.” Won’t be staying here again.

You would have to pay me to stay there again. Dead bugs in both our rooms on walls and corner of rooms. Bed sheets had stains. The breakfast was 2 kinds of cereal coffee and toast. They ran out of bowls and the staffer said they didnt have any more. The property had trashed appliances left out an old mattress by the pool. Took about 10 min for someone to come to the front desk to check in.

Sigh…. The pictures lie. The pool is full of algae, and that’s after you crawl over the mattress Layout no in the wall way. The room smelled. The toilet wasn’t secured to the floor. The bath room smelled Like a moldy towel. As did the room. The towels left were from a hospital! It was noisy, stinky, and just bad. But I guess that’s what you get for a cheap price. You can just tell they don’t care

This hotel was very dirty!. There was bugs both dead and alive in most corners. The couch and desk chair were stained. The toilet showed clear signs of neglect.

This place was horrible!!!! We checke in went to the room and left. It stunk, dirty, pool was brown and the grounds are in poor shape. The pictures posted on your website must of been taken when first built, that dump looks nothing like them. I may never use your website again!!!

Bed was clean and comfortable but everything else was filthy the place is run down. At check-in they said free breakfast was 6-9am. I left at 6:15 I stoped for breakfast and there was no one around and no brekfast and no coffee.

The receptionist was outside smoking for 10 minutes well i waited in lobby to check in then came in and had a attitude that i was waiting the rooms has bugs dirty walls in the bed area and bathroom hair in the shower and sink the door had to be slammed shut to lock

It had a bed and bathroom, and it was better than sleeping in my car. Unfortunately that's all I can say was good. Pillows were tiny and lumpy, bathrooms were dirty (one toilet not even flushed upon our arrival), sink was dirty, ac didn't work, tv remote didn't work, wifi didn't reach our rooms, and breakfast was pathetic. We needed two rooms and both were equally bad. We didn't bother asking for a better room figuring they didn't have them if both rooms were that bad. The pictures on Expedia did not match what our room looked like furniture wise. That's not a big deal. I'm willing to try out an older hotel because frequently they are clean and a good deal. This was not the case this time. I will not be returning to this location.

When we checked in our bathroom was disgusting. Had other people's toilet paper clogged in the toilet. When we went down to tell them they just handed us a plunger. The bed had hair and it was just disgusting. The pool had algae. All around bad

This place was garbage, mold, mildew, the shower curtain was filthy, the toiled had been cleaned in what seemed forever, towel hanger was broken, sagging dry wall from a leak, bugs everywhere, smelled terrible, carpet was old and crusty from not being cleaned the list goes on and on. I do not recommend this place ever to anyone!!

This place is trashed. Literally trash everywhere. Our door was broken. Room was disgusting. I would give a lower score if a lower one was offered. Place needs tore down and rebuilt
