The Wifi didn’t work, Breakfast was horrible, and we got locked out of our room and there was no one at the front desk for close to an hour to let us back in (they programmed the keycards wrong, we didn’t lose them). Very nice overnight staff to greet us at 2:30am, and the location was safe and convenient… but when travelling for business you need an edible breakfast and working wifi in 2026!

There was only one sink with 4 people. There was not enough hooks in the room for people to hang up their coats. There was not enough USB outlets. It’s like this room just wasn’t finished with the little thing

The hotel was spotless. The linens and towels smelled clean and fresh. The pool and hot tub, which closed at 11pm, were warm and clean!!! Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel isn't "brand new" but it is well maintained and we will DEFINITELY stay again when in town!
