The staff were really nice and accommodating. The parking isn’t the best and the last night an alarm went off at 2:15 am for 20 minutes without any notification of what to do after it stopped. I was at a conference and needless to say it made for a very stressful and frustrating experience to try and get sleep to be prepared for the upcoming day.

Beware this hotel is downtown meaning there is no onsite parking. When I called the hotel because I couldn’t locate the parking garage, the employee told me I could park on the street if there was open parking even though it’s clearly marked for 2 hour parking. She said she didn’t think I would get a ticket. I told her I was in a big truck and wouldn’t be able to do that even if I could find parking which I couldn’t. I told her I just had a hip replacement and couldn’t walk the distance from the parking garage to the hotel. She apologized but refused to cancel my reservation despite not being able to accommodate me. I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company!

The room and the location is wonderful. The staff so helpful and kind. The only drawback is the off site parking. But I'm sure it's been addressed in other reviews. Overall, the room was clean, linens excellent, staff wonderful. We'll stay there again.

Parking garage has less than 20 spaces, and is opposite corner of the block. No parking for check in.. felt very unsafe at night. Street noise was loud although wasn’t very busy. Jackhammer at 7 am on sidewalk.

Hotel is great. The room was great. The staff couldn’t have been nicer. The loud, constant muscle cars/truck and motorcycles on Washington Blvd are out of control. So loud! Impossible to sleep and I’m from New York City.
