The Colonial Inn is an older historic building, but well maintained and wonderful staff. It was clean and quiet. Easy walk to shopping and restaurants AND the access to the Marginal Way is steps away. Bonus-freshly baked chocolate chip cookies daily between 2 and 4. Coffee always available and during daytime hours infused water. Would definitely stay there again.

Moved a chair and found piece of popcorn and under bureau was a muffin crumb. Bathtub shower head needed a cleaning. Beds and pillows were great. Jessica at front desk was amazing. Room was comfortable.

The facility has a number of lodging buildings. My disappointment was that I was expecting to stay in the inn and ended up in a modern building that was more like a motel. So if you are expecting to say at the inn, you should clarify this with the inn before booking.

Great Location and quiet rooms!

I decided to do an overnight in Ogunquit, and Colonial Inn was recommended. Wasn't sure what I'd be getting but I was pleasantly surprised! The room in the main building was very quiet and spacious. Great, clean, roomy modern bathroom. This Inn is in a perfect location - everything is walkable! And I love the "campus" feel of the property - I had a friend staying in another building and it was nice to walk through the grounds to get to their room. Highly recommend.
