I made reservations for a King size bed room. I went to my room, it was infested with Stink Bugs. I called the front desk and told the gentleman about the situation and he said" Oh you must ne on room 318". So they knew they had goven me a room woth bugs in it. I was moved to a doubles queen sozed room instead. I was not happy with my stay at all. I wish I could've moved to a different hotel. I won't recommend this hotel anymore to anyone

we killed 4 insects. fridge was dirty. sticky stains on the carpet. the up stairs smelled of mold and the room was worse. on the second floor, by the elevator, the door to what ever looked like some one literally broke in. it has a padlock to keep it closed. the shampoo was leaking in the shower and my wife almost fell and the staff only said it was corporate that wanted the shampoo in the shower. i told her to replace it with a new one. who ever gave it a 2 star, gave it to much.
