Went into our first room and the beds weren't made and it had not been cleaned. Went back down got a new room and beds were made, but bathroom floors were discusting with hair and not clean.

The mattress was terrible and the shower did not work fully. Took two days to fix on a three night stay. The breakfast was overpriced and the food that should have been hot was cold. The front end staff was very nice though.

Horrible place to stay with kids

I booked a night at this hotel after reading all of the great reviews; however, was severely disappointed with the amenities and overall cleanliness after checking in. I specifically selected this location for their pool so my kids could enjoy a fun night away from home. The pool was a total joke. It’s tiny and extremely filthy- and not heated..at all. There were debris all over the bottom and mold on the walls/tiles nearby. The hot tub was out of order and equally as gross. The room wasn’t much better. The mattresses had HUGE stains all over. Luckily I didn’t see any bugs, as some other guests observed, but questionable stains aren’t inviting either. The beds were lined with protectors so we didn’t request a different room. Also, they were super firm. I hardly got sleep and wished I would’ve spent the extra money to rent the Hilton next door or stayed at one of the newer hotels up the street. I will never stay at another Marriott after this experience. They have significantly declined over the years.

Bad timing for my stay

I think I just had a bad experience here due to circumstance. I was in room 337 which is right by the elevator. The door frame was not sealed so light and noise easily made its way into my room. The worst party was the people partying on the third floor with no consequence. They were slamming doors and yelling in the hall until 3:45am. The hotel accomodated my request for a new room at 3:45am. I appreciated that. Overall: don’t get room 337 and you’ll probably be fine.

The sheets and towels were used from previous hotel guest and smelled horrible. The manager was rude as hell and very unpleasant and unprofessionally dressed, the whole experience was horrifying and she got upset and spoke to me as if I wasn't a paying customer because I complained about the linens and towels to be replaced and for a discount
