Property is nice. Was busy with a car show. Restaurant and bar was running out of food and other items. Need some maintenance in the rooms to meet the level of the fees charged for the rooms. Staff was great.

Embassy suites was good. Needed updating. Ice machine did not work on our floor, 5th, and 4th so used one on 3rd. Used stairway to get there and it was not kept clean and smelled of cigarette smoke.

Everything was great except only one of the three elevators was working and one of two waffle makers was broken which meant we all waited 20+ minutes to make a waffle and waited extended times for the elevator. Hotel itself is well maintained, spacious and staff is friendly

Great hotel experience!

Overall, the hotel was very clean. We have stayed here several times and are always impressed with the cleanliness and customer service. The only semi- negative is the evening reception seemed lacking compared to other hotels- fruit, yogurt, chips, and salsa with tiny little plates which was difficult for salsa. We will stay here again!
