We had to wait to check in because the one staff member was upstairs cleaning rooms. We had to call her and wait for her to come down. The room was fine. It was a decent bed to sleep in, but the pillows were terrible. The only seating in the room was the desk chair. The bathroom smelled strongly of weed upon our arrival, but that is not uncommon in hotels these days. There was hair on the bathroom floor, but other wise LOOKED clean. It was quiet for us, but if the hotel had been busy I doubt that would have been the case because there was a gap between the door and the door frame of at least an inch. We just left the bathroom door open at night to block the light from the hall and it was fine.

The room was fine, location was strange. It feels out of place in the middle of other businesses and off the main roads. I couldn’t open the door to our room because of the hotel settling or something but when I mentioned to the staff upon check out they were already aware. Had to use key card to enter front entrance.

Only use as a last resort.

Located in a good area. The building appears to need renovations. Elevator smelled of smoke. Staff slow to respond for check in and not present for checkout. Bed had multiple hairs on it had to be stripped and rearranged for sleeping in something clean.

Noise issues

I came back to this location because it is clean, most of the staff is great, and its near food options. This time however numerous other guests have dogs and they are constantly barking especially in the evenings from 9:30pm till 11pm. Not sure why the staff hasn't responded to this issue. It's disrespectful that the dog owners cannot keep their pets quiet. Otherwise, this is one of the better motel 6 locations.
