Needs better attention to Maintenance. Trim coming off wall , door wouldn't close on its own , rubbing frame . Dirty wash rag on table . Comforter had what looked like blood stains , carpet had stains . Wasn't horrendous but definitely needs addressed.

I have stayed here about a year ago and the property was in much better condition. I noticed several broken items in the room, and it looks like there was a water release event based on the ceiling drywall conditions. I did notice that they recently hired a new service/maintenance manager so maybe that turns things around. It's a shame it went downhill as I liked the condition of the facility last time I stayed. the breakfast was always great and seems to have something for everyone. Room pricing is reasonable, and they allow pets. All of the staff were great, always willing to help. If they can get back on track with repairs and bit more attention to cleaning details, then I would highly recommend.

The staff was friendly but the room floors needed mopped. You get out of the shower and by the time you get to your suitcase to grab your clothes your feet were dirty. Having to ask to get the room cleaned was inconvienent. There wasn't much around for good choices.

The front desk clerk was very personable and upfront about an issue with a couple of patients that were coming into the lobby from the nearby hospital. We also commend the front desk clerk on a great referral for where to go for dinner that evening.

Used to be such a nice place.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Bricks falling off the building. Stains on the carpet. Mold in the shower. My door wouldn’t shut unless I slammed it. I stayed here many years ago and it was nice, but man has this place gone downhill.

We love their access to highway. It's convenient but not right in the middle of things in town. Not as much congestion, as other hotels.

Perfect For A Solo Business Traveler

This is a wonderful mid-range hotel. Everything was in a good state of repair and sparkling clean. It was blessedly quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk, to the hotel maid, to the dining area attendant. They serve a good breakfast. The WiFi is unsecured, but it has a strong signal. The outdoor pool looked inviting. I was in Norman to take a professional credentialing test, and it was just the ticket. I will be back.

Received a phone call around midnight about noise complaints but our family was asleep. I explained that to the lady that called but 20 mins later she sends someone to the room. The gentleman was very apologetic and explained he just started his shift but was sent to check a noise complaint.
